Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@jrasupplyhub.com with your order number. After 2 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. If you miss the cancellation window, you may return the items after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects are not eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Custom orders, clearance items marked as final sale, and products specified as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact support@jrasupplyhub.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, ship the items to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to the return facility.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account — typically 3-10 business days after processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: items returned after 30 days (subject to approval), items missing original packaging or accessories, items showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, and orders where only a portion of the items are returned. Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis after inspection at our return facility.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jrasupplyhub.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. We may request that damaged items be returned to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131 for inspection — in such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
7. No Subscription or Recurring Charges
All purchases from Jrasupplyhub are one-time transactions only. There are no subscriptions, memberships, recurring billing, or auto-renewal arrangements of any kind. Each transaction is a single, discrete purchase. Refunds are processed individually for each applicable order — there are no ongoing billing relationships to cancel.
