Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) costs $5.99 and is free for orders over $50. Express Shipping (2-3 business days) costs $14.99 for all orders. All shipping times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package weight and are clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

3. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (before tax). The subtotal is calculated after any discounts or promotions are applied. The free shipping threshold applies to orders shipping within the continental United States only. A progress bar in your shopping cart shows how close you are to unlocking free shipping.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to the Order History section. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact support@jrasupplyhub.com immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped. For orders that have already shipped with an incorrect address, you will need to contact the carrier directly.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office before contacting us. For packages that are confirmed lost in transit, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund. For items that arrive damaged, contact support@jrasupplyhub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items.
