Return Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased from Jrasupplyhub.com. The 30-day window begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information. Returns initiated after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion but may be subject to a restocking fee or store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags included. Items that have been installed, assembled, or modified are not eligible for return unless defective. Products showing signs of wear, heavy use, damage from improper handling, or missing components may be rejected or subject to a partial refund. Clearance items and products marked "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email support@jrasupplyhub.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed. Once authorized, you have 14 days to ship the return. Returns not shipped within 14 days of authorization will require re-authorization.

Please include your return authorization number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed. Jrasupplyhub is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to the return facility.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error — such as receiving an incorrect item, a defective product, or a damaged shipment. In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, including change of mind or buyer's remorse, return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable.
6. Return Processing
Once your return is received at Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return has been received and when your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection approval. Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account — typically an additional 3-10 business days.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant, size, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time for receiving your replacement. For defective items eligible for exchange, contact support@jrasupplyhub.com and we will ship a replacement once the defective item is received at Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: clearance or final sale items, products that have been used, assembled, or installed, items returned without original packaging, personalized or custom-modified products, and products specified as non-returnable on the individual product page. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
